Nut and Flower Honey Spaghetti

A simple, tasty pasta dish with a special aroma.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of spaghetti
  • 50 g of Gocce di Luce Flower honey
  • 60g of shelled walnuts
  • 1 orange
  • 1 dl of milk
  • Casa del Sole 36 months Parmigiano Reggiano
  • salt
  • pepper

PREPARATION

SPAGHETTI NOCI E MIELE DI FIORI

Cook the spaghetti in abundant salted water.
Melt the Flower honey in a water-bath and add milk, the nuts and the orange peel grated without the white part.
Stir, add salt and pepper then turn off the burner and let the mixture sit in the warm water.
Drain the spaghetti and put them in the saucepan with the Flower honey mixture.
Stir at length so that they can absorb the taste and serve warm with pepper and grated Parmigiana Reggiano.
