Parmigiano Reggiano, Flower Honey and Pear Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pears
  • 250 g of Casa del Sole 36 months Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 30g of nuts
  • 50g of of Gocce di Luce Acacia honey
  • powdered cinnamon

PREPARATION

PARMIGIANO, MIELE DI FIORI E PERE

Put the mature pears cut into wedges on a plate, add flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano and a few shelled nuts.
Season with a few spoons of Flower honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
