- 30g of nuts
- 50g of of Gocce di Luce Acacia honey
- powdered cinnamon
Put the mature pears cut into wedges on a plate, add flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano and a few shelled nuts.
Season with a few spoons of Flower honey and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
