DOES HONEY HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

Due to its chemical and physical characteristics, honey does not go bad as long as it is produced at the right level of humidity, i.e. less than 18% and kept in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Gocce di Luce honey has these characteristics.
However, by law we have to indicate a date by which the product should be consumed since, at the moment of sale, the conservation process is out of control of the producer and passes under control of the customer.

DOES PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CONTAIN LACTOSE?

Lactose disappears during the very early phases of the elaboration of the product since it is transformed into lactic acid.
This is one of the most important steps in the unique creation process.
This has been documented with analyses which showed that the content of lactose varies between “non measurable” and 0.39 mg/100 g equal to 0.1 mg/100Kcal.
Therefore it can be considered a lactose free product.
